Terms of Service & Acceptable Use

Drop.plz.ac is a free temporary file sharing service. By uploading a file or downloading one, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Prohibited Uploads

You may not use this service to upload, host, or distribute files that are, contain, or are used for:

• Phishing kits, credential-harvesting pages, or impersonation of any person or organization
• Malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, unwanted software, or any executable used to compromise systems
• Content that is illegal under applicable law, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Material that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Spam payloads, or files used to facilitate fraud, scams, or abuse of third parties

2. Enforcement

We may remove any file, block any uploader, and disable access at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. Confirmed abuse may be reported to hosting providers, registrars, and relevant authorities together with recorded metadata, including the uploader's IP address.

3. File Lifetime

All uploaded files expire automatically 60 minutes after upload and are permanently deleted. Removed or expired files return 404. This service is not suitable for permanent, backup, or archival use.

4. Abuse Reporting

Anyone can report an abusive file by visiting https://drop.plz.ac/report?id=<fileId> (replace <fileId> with the identifier at the end of the download link). Reported files are reviewed and removed if they violate these terms.

5. Privacy

When a file is uploaded, we store the uploader's IP address and a timestamp alongside the file metadata for abuse prevention. This data is deleted when the file expires. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.

6. Disclaimer

Uploaded files are provided by third parties and we do not control or endorse their content. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
